Whether traditional doilies or modern cupcake moulds, praline cases, colourful tulip muffin wraps or decorations: The name Demmler stands for a wide range of high-quality, innovative paper products that meet the needs of the bakery, patisserie and catering industries. The “Made in Germany” premium quality of our 150-year-old family company impresses our customers worldwide, from industry to the end-user.

Established in 1867 in Berlin, we still manufacture and produce on-site at our factory and use this base to cater to customers across the world. Our customers include commercial chains, wholesalers and retailers, the confectionery industry, bakeries, the hotel and catering industries as well as private households. Equipped with the latest production technology, we deliver our products in large or small packaging for retailers and private use depending on the customer’s requirements.

Thanks to the latest production facilities, we can implement customised designs and products developed in our own facility. Our years of experience make us a reliable partner.

In order to confidently guarantee the highest possible product quality, everything we create is "Made in Germany" – from development through to production. Our company is certified to ISO 9001: 2015. This ensures that we continuously fulfil all standards in their entirety. Moreover, all food-related products are also tested by independent laboratories.

Sustainable commercial success can only be achieved by taking the environment into consideration. We consider this with every single stage of the production process, from the use of raw materials to separated wastepaper disposal. In order to support sustainable forestry, our products are FSC-certified.
